My Favourite Collin’s Pairing

Charcoal Grilled Surume Ika (S$17++) comes with a teriyaki sauce. The Japanese squid pairs deliciously with two whites. Geyerhof Ried Hoher Rain Kremstal Gruner Veltliner 2019/2020 (S$85++) is an  Austrian estate in Kremstal which origins go back nearly 800 years. Organic since 1988, this vegan-friendly white has peachy/tropical fruit and a creamy texture that finishes fresh. Pairs well also with fish, foie gras, escargot, chicken, pork and sausages. Woodlands Wilyabrup Margaret River Chardonnay 2018/2019 (S$95++) is fermented entirely in French oak barrels using wild yeast. This elegant Margaret River Chardonnay shows flint, vanilla, peach, lemon and melon fruit. Pairs well also with fish, escargot, chicken, pork and sausages.
