This Spanish Sparkling or Spumante won Silver Medal at Germany’s Mundus Vini 2019, one of the world’s leading wine competitions. The vineyard is in Castilla-La Mancha and the wine produced from two grape varieties, namely Viura and Airen. Castilla-La Mancha is at the heart of the Iberian Peninsula, world renowned for its famous Iberico ham. The capital of Castilla-La Mancha — an autonomous region in Spain – is Toledo where the painter El Greco (1541 – 1614) spent most of his life and where the Museo del Greco is located). Bright light gold in shine and colour.
