El Hombre Bala Negre 2018 (S$108 ++) is a pure Garnacha or Grenache (where it is known in France).
The Spanish red is produced from vines between 50 and and 90 years old! Scented dried rose petals, pristine strawberry/berry/cherry fruit surfing on silky tannins.
El Hombre Bala Negre 2018 is a delicious pairing with Bi Feng Tang Crispy-Fried Eggplant, Garilic Chilli (S$12.8 ++/Regular or S$18.8 ++/Medium) and Black Pepper Spanish Iberico Pork Cutlet (S$26.8++).
