Argentine Black Angus Ribeye Prime Steak (200 gm) (S$26++) comes with seasonal vegetables, potato au gratin, pesto cream and black pepper sauce. It is irresistible with red wine, including Domaine la Grande Bellane Cotes du Rhone Villages Valreas 2019 (S$69++). Organically grown, this French red shows violets, deep dark cherry fruit and rich tannins. Intense fruitiness and round freshness. The domaine advises to decant 60 to 90 minutes.
