Based in Castiglione Tinella in the heart of the Moscato Asti region, the Saracco Family has been growing grapes since 1900. They are also owners of the Hotel Albergo Castiglione. Moscato d’Asti is a very versatile wine. With its natural spritz and pinch of sweetness, it is enjoyable as an aperitif and as a pairing with food. I particularly adore savouring Moscato d’Asti with Sichuan and other Thai spicy dishes. Additionally, at just 5% alcohol, we can enjoy even more of this Italian speciality!!
