CH’NG Poh Tiong
A day – first visit, pre COVID, in 2019 – in the seaside town of Grau du Roi, 35 km south-west of Montpellier. Had lunch at Le Vivier, best seafood restaurant in the area. Domaine Gaujal’s Excellence de Ludovic is one of the world’s greatest Picpoul, aka Gros Plant and Folle Blanche ?? an ancient, ancestral variety of many more well-known wine grapes ??
