As of 26 July 2021, 77% has had a first dose, and 56% fully vaccinated, of the 5.56 m population.

Singapore’s national immunisation programme uses Pfizer-BioNTech and the Moderna vaccines.

Also on Monday 26 July 2021, the Singapore Government announced it is looking to allow – from September – quarantine-free travel for those who are fully vaccinated.

Singapore will also be reviewing lifting other restrictions in August.

Co-Chairman Multi-Ministry Covid Task Force Lawrence Wong is quoted by Reuters as saying:

“If you want to go out to dine in the restaurant or workout in the gym, you have to be fully vaccinated”.
