All 5 Bordeaux come directly from the chateaux.

Participants will be able to taste Chateau Leoville Barton 2001 & 1996 just before they are decanted. They will then drink both vintages 2 hours after they have been decanted.

As for Chateau Leoville Barton 2000, participants will be able to taste that an hour after it has been double-decanted. And 3 hours after that.

The decanting times had been recommended by Lilian Barton Sartorius.

The Rosés
L’exuberance Rosé 2020 is from Entre-deux-Mers.

Elégance du Clos Cantenac Rosé 2020 comes from a small parcel in St-Emilion Grand Cru Clos Cantenac. Picked in the morning and cold stored at 5° Celsius overnight, it is whole bunch pressed. The juice goes directly into a small concrete egg where it is allowed to settle, cold stabilised, fermented and aged. Only about 1,000 bottles of Elégance Rosé is produced.

The rosés are owned by Martin & Nicolette Krajewski. They are, as far as we are aware, the only 2 bottles in Singapore.

All participants will have to send certificate to proof that they are fully vaccinated. An individual is considered fully-vaccinated two weeks after he or she has received two doses of Pfizer-BioNTech/ Comirnaty or Moderna vaccines.
