Disciples of Escoffier International Singapore Chapter is holding a fund-raising dinner to send Ms HO Jia Yi, winner of YOUNG TALENT ESCOFFIER ASIA-PACIFIC 2023, to compete in the world championship of JEUNES TALENTS ESCOFFIER on 15 November 2024 in Rungis, France.
The 6-course dinner will feature two champagnes, two Bordeaux whites, two Bordeaux reds, a Sauternes, and a Tawny Port Colheita.
The sponsors of the wines are Champagne Laurent-Perrier and AXA Millesimes.
There are, including the host, just 12 places at dinner.
