Owned by Mary Stanley and architect David Stanley, the former is as talented as there are gelato flavours in the restaurant’s Gelateria sister establishment. In fact, her Hill Country Lemon Lavender flavour scooped Silver Medal at the Dallas Gelato Festival in 2018.
Mary Stanley is also The Turtle’s wine buyer, pasta maker, gelato artisan and chocolatier. The Turtle brand also includes their Enoteca wine shop.
