St Paul’s Goldmuskateller 2014

Made from the muscat giallo grape, this light, dry white is so very enjoyable as an aperitif and to pair with dishes including – last Saturday night – frito misto and burrata and tomatoes at No Menu, my favourite Italian restaurant in Singapore. The two starters effortlessly lapped up the grapey/honeyish fruit and balancing freshness. St Paul is a family owned winery in Alto Adige.
