YOO Byung Hyun is a story of what hard work can achieve.

In 2008, the young man joined The Westin Josun Seoul as a server. A few years later – through dedication and a newfound interest in wine –  Yoo was promoted to sommelier. Continued steadfast hard work and loyalty to a company he had joined twelve years earlier, in 2020, he became Head Sommelier of the hotel.

Yoo Byung Hyun graduated from the Hotel and Tourism Management Department of Kyung Hee Cyber University. In 2016, he obtained WSET Level 3. As Head Sommelier, Yoo is in charge of wine and beverage management and wine training for The Westin Josun Seoul Hotel.
