PAYMENT IS CONFIRMATION

We have started promoting ICCCW Masterclasses.

All six will take place Saturday 26 November 2022 at the Tudor Ballroom, Goodwood Park.

International Congress of Chinese Cuisine was founded in 2008 – the inaugural edition took place in Beijing – and then had lapsed for a few years. 

I rebooted ICCCW in 2021. It takes place the last Friday, Saturday & Sunday of November each year and will be held in Singapore.

PAYMENT – NOT SIGNING UP – IS CONFIRMATION

When you sign up, that by itself is not confirmation.

Confirmation is by payment. Just like when we book an air-ticket or hotel room. When you have paid, we inform you your seat is confirmed. 

NO REMINDER

If you signed up but have not paid, we will not be sending reminders to do so. We simply do not have the manpower to do that as we are a two-person team. 

We assume if you are interested enough to sign up, it can only mean you are serious about attending the masterclass/es. And, hence, will take the trouble to pay as you would when booking an air-ticket, hotel room or airbnb.

Please book and pay earliest as seats are limited.

You may think it’s only June and November is five months away. 

If Covid has taught me anything, it’s to act quickly and resolutely.
