My favourite pizza place is Limoncello.

The restaurant faces the canal along Robertson Quay.

Limoncello is actually part of Rivergate Condominium. What a brilliant idea of the developer!

Pizza is not only what Limoncello does well.

I almost always also order the Calamaretti, baby squid deep-fried to perfection. With two prawns thrown in as a bonus.

The Burrata with 24-month old Parma ham is also irresistible.

My last pizza at Limoncello was with anchovies. It was delicious.

The dough for the pizzas are left overnight for it to rise. The flour is from Brescia and the pizzas are Napolitan in style rather than the thin version preferred in Rome.
