Clan 7 Executive Chef Dee Chan
Clan 7 is the first Chinese restaurant to be opened by the same food and beverage group that owns renowned, home-grown COLLIN’S.
The restaurant has chosen the number “7” for its resonance with the Chinese word for “Togetherness”.
Hong Kong-born Chef Dee Chan is one of the youngest and most dynamic executive chefs in Chinese cuisine.
Together with his team, the 32-year young talent presents modern Chinese cuisine craftsmanship via a repertoire of traditional classics.
Chef Dee Chan has already garnered a loyal following of media stars including Zoe Tay, Xiang Yun, Pan Lingling, Vivian Lai, Kym Ng, and Mark Lee.
At Clan 7, apart from ordering a la carte, set menus also cater to occasions ranging from business lunches to family dinners to banquet celebrations.
Myself feel very fortunate to select the wines, sake, haungjiu, baijiu, whisky and Cognac for Clan 7’s beverage list.

In anticipation of Covid restrictions being lifted, the first such event will be Thursday 22 July 2021.
