COLLIN’S and CLAN 7 are owned by SF Group of Singapore which recently approached me to compile their wine lists. CLAN 7 is slotted to open on 17 May.
“Mixed Grill” comprises grilled chicken and pork chop, pork sausage, seasonal vegetables and potato au gratin. It pairs well with sparkling and red but becomes truly exceptional with Weingut Huls Mosel Riesling.
