CH’NG Poh Tiong
This white Piedmont is produced from the cortese variety. In 2017, the grapes were picked early to retain much needed freshness as it was a very hot vintage (comparable to 2003). Bright light straw with a glimmer of green. Apples, pears, floral and a pinch of citrus zest. A soft roundness on the finish. Medium-bodied. Deliciously unoaked.
