The inaugural Singapore World Spirits Competition attracted entries from around the world. And was judged in Singapore on Wednesday 5 June 2019.
First flight of Baijiu. A total of 90 Baijiu has been entered for the competition.
The competition is the newest addition to The Tasting Alliance, parent organization of the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, San Francisco International Wine Competition, and New York World Wine & Spirits Competition, founded by wine and spirits authority Anthony Dias Blue.
The SWSC has now become the spirits competition that has attracted the largest entry of Chinese baijiu in Asia and second in the world (after Concours Mondial de Bruxelles).
Ninety baijius came from throughout China for the inaugural contest.
