ICCCW 26 – 28 November 2021


Singapore enters Phase III today – Monday 28 December 2020 – of its Covid journey.

For most people, perhaps the most impactful thing is to have 8 people dining on the same table.

And enjoy the same number visiting family and friends in their home.

Restaurants are elated with the news even as many have folded because of Covid.

Myself am rebooting our dinners.

Next Monday 4 January 2021, we will be a table of 8 at Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck Asia Square.

Three of you have asked to be on the waiting list should any of the seven who signed up cancel their reservations.

We will keep you informed.

I am also rebooting ICCCW.

The inaugural International Congress of Chinese Cuisine & Wine took place in 2008 at the Shangri-la China World Hotel Beijing.

The welcome dinner and masterclasses were sold out including vertical tastings of Chateau Margaux and Penfolds Grange.

The late Paul Pontallier (1956 – 2016) and Peter Gago were both at ICCCW 2008.

ICCCW 26 – 28 November 2021 will take place in Singapore.

We are expecting participants, including from China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia.
