Falkenstein Riesling has lively appley fruit with a bite of lemon zest on the finish. Medium-bodied, the long bottle is reassuringly sealed by screwcap. Thoroughly enjoyable on its own, it was outstanding with the homemade rye tortellini with minced fish.
