Thank you for your support.
Dear Bordeaux Lover,
Greetings.
I am moving out of the present office and, as a result, have had to re-locate the wine fridges.
In the course of doing so, I have discovered a few gems that I have long forgotten.
One such is Leeuwin Estate Art Series Chardonnay 2006.
Although not a Bordeaux but a Margaret River white, I thought I include it in the mix.
It’s not everyday we get to taste a 15-year young chardonnay. The wine is sealed in screwcap.
As we approach 2020, I thought to also include some older vintages in the dinner, including Petit-Village 2001, Brane-Cantenac 2000, and Chateau Pichon Baron 1996
Decanting the wines – at the right time – will be crucial.
This dinner is limited to just a table of nine, myself included.
As such, there are only 8 places. Book earliest to get in.
I look forward to your invaluable support.
With warmest regards,
