Tasting non-vintage Champagne is tricky because what I tasted may not be the same where you are. This is because the production of non-vintage being usually very large, they can be of different batches that have been sent out around the world. I am, however, certain the one I tasted on 4 May 2019 is the most recent as it was served inside the renovated Air France Business Class Lounge at Terminal 2E, Roissy Charles de Gaulle (I was flying Economy but am a Platinum Card member of Air France). Lime/lemon zesty with a freshness like someone splashing tingling cold water on your face on a searing hot afternoon (I splashed myself a few times). Intense, persistent purity of quenching, primary fruit and effervescence.
