Air France Chief Executive Officer Anne Rigail made an important announcement on Tuesday 12 January 2021.
The Executive Vice President of France’s national carrier emailed customers to inform:
“ All our tickets are fully-modifiable and refundable, whatever the reason until the day of your departure, and we have decided to extend this measure for all trips until 30 September 2021.
Since the beginning of the crisis, Air France has handled nearly 3 million requests and reimbursed 1.7 billion euros.
I can assure you that all the sales teams continue to do everything possible to process your requests as quickly as possible and I thank you once again for your patience.”
