Wine & Whisky at the Durian

The ExciseMan Wine & Whisky Bar is situated inside the “Durian”, otherwise known as Esplanade Mall, Raffles Avenue, Singapore.

Usually a concert venue, Covid and social distancing have dealt a massive blow to the Esplanade.

The Mall, though, remains open which means the restaurants, shops and the ExciseMan there are beckoning.

Recently, a group of us had a most enjoyable evening of wine, food, and whisky at the ExciseMan.

Apart from wine and whisky, there’s also brandy, Cognac, Armagnac, gin, vodka, tequila, grappa, vermouth, liqueurs, and rum.

The music is a throwback to the ’50s, ’60’s and ’70s.
