Albert Toh hosted dinner for friends at la Dame de Pic last Saturday 9 January 2021. Apart from an unforgettable meal, Toh pampered his guests with – including – Krug 2002, IWA5 and Chateau Haut-Brion 1998 (see Wine of the Week). Ensuring every bottle was savoured at its very best was Raffles Singapore Chef Sommelier Eric Li.
