Former Dom Perignon Chef de Cave Richard Geoffroy has teamed up with Hayato & Chitose Kajima to promote his IWA 5 sake with food.
IWA 5 was launched recently in Japan.
Husband and wife team Hayato & Chitose Kajima are founders of Vin de Bonheur, a wine and food matching salon in Yokohama.
Dishes will be created by professional Food Creator Chitose Kojima and they include not only Japanese but also Asian and European cuisines.
The food matching will be led by Hayato Kojima, a certified Wine Educator, certified Sake Taster, author of wine books, and a judge for Decanter Asia Wine Awards.
