From now till 31 May 2024, Cathay Pacific’s first and business class passengers will be able to enjoy four Chinese wines – Domaine de Long Dai, Silver Heights, Grace Vineyard and Xige Estate – on all long haul and ultra long haul flights.

This is part of Cathay Pacific’s “Discovery Wine Series” programme. Launched in 2020, it introduces wines under interesting themes, for example, “Women in Wine” featuring labels by female winemakers.

To select the four Chinese wines, a panel consisting Debra Meiburg MW, Roy Moorfield and Wine, Spirits and Beverages Manager Ronald Khoo tasted a total of 40 Chinese wines.
