Vincent Caille is a highly respected name in viticulture and winemaking. His entry-level Domaine Fay d’ Homme Muscadet sur lie is biodynamic from average 40-year old vines, and fermented with wild, natural yeast. Zero oak and 200% raw green pineappley fruit so energetic (no maloactic), this bottle of pure Melon de Bourgogne should be redesignated as a nuclear power station!!
