Founded in Paris in 1927, Caviar Kaspia has three addresses in the City of Lights, and one in Rome. Please see www.caviarkaspia.com.
The photos are of 17 place de la Madeleine, the original address. This small downstairs area is also the boutique where you can take-out. Or sit and enjoy. The famed restaurant is upstairs.
Caviar Kaspia was founded by Arcady Fixon, a Russian emigre to Paris. It prides itself on spreading the “Culture of Caviar” and remains owned by private individuals.
Although renowned for its range of caviar and smoked fish, other seafood is offered.
The restaurant also has private rooms.
