67 Pall Mall Singapore Assistant Head Sommelier Jacques Chua started her hospitality journey in hotels including Ritz Carlton and Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.

In 2016, the Singaporean became Sommelier at the Galaxy Macau.

After more than five years in Galaxy Macau, Chua returned to her homeland and joined the pioneer team that opened 67 Pall Mall Singapore.

67 Pall Mall founding club in London opened in 2015 in a historically Grade II listed former West End branch of Hambros Bank, designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens in 1929. The building is in the heart of historic St James’s.

The private members’ club now also have branches in Verbier, Switzerland and Beaune, France. 

Singapore is 67 Pall Mall’s first Asian outpost.

Assistant Head Sommelier Jacques Chua acquired her Court of Master Sommeliers Advance certification in 2019 and is now awaiting entry into the Master Sommelier Diploma.
