Clan 7 is the inaugural Chinese restaurant that belongs to the group that owns COLLIN’S.
From now till 30 November 2021 – for both dine-in and takeaway – Clan 7 is gifting a Braised Abalone in Brown Sauce with a minimum spend of $60.
Abalone is a seafood and a shellfish.
It pairs deliciously with white wine.
Woodlands Wilyabrup Margaret River Chardonnay 2018 is fermented entirely in French oak barrels using natural wild yeast. The elegant Chardonnay shows flint, vanilla, peach, lemon and melon fruit. With its body, structure, and intense fruit, this Margaret River white is outstanding with Braised Abalone in Brown Sauce.
