A great afternoon with Edouard Braastad, Sales Director of his family owned Cognacs Braastad and Tiffon, the former from his Norwegian family side, and the latter originally from his French grandmother clan. His family acquired Chateau de Triac (not far from Jarnac) more than 70 years ago.
Alexis Gonzalez joined as Sales Manager about two years ago. Cognacs Braastad and Tiffon – including pure Grande Champagne and Fins Bois – are distinguished by layered fruit and freshness. There’s not an incursion of unwelcome wood in their refined taste
