CH’NG Poh Tiong
Domaine Clarence Dillon inaugurated the Pavillon Catelan in July 2021. The 19th Century building serves as the reception for Chateau Haut-Brion and La Mission Haut-Brion. Pavillon Catelan also includes the wine shop La Cave du Chateau (the first of which was opened in 2015 in Paris, just off the Champs Elysees at 31 Avenue Franklin D Roosevelt). Pavillon Catelan includes the spacious Salle des Vignes and two reception rooms all of which can be booked for private events including meetings, presentations, tastings, lunches and dinners.
