Today, we are also launching a video version of Wine of the Week.

In fact, the said white was one of the favourite wines of the late Michael Broadbent.

Today’s Wine of the Week was one of the favourite wines of Michael Broadbent (2 May 1927 – 17 March 2020). This photograph was taken  on the occasion of the launch of a commemorative edition of Broadbent’s  Wine Tasting book at Vintners’ Hall London on 30 April 2019.

I last saw the great wine man in London on the occasion of the launch of a commemorative edition of his book Wine Tasting. And which provided  occasion to celebrate his 92 birthday.

I am humbled to have made a modest writing contribution to Michael’s book.
