SOMMELIER • Dolphin Ip

Born in Hong Kong, Dolphin Ip is Sommelier of SKYE, the Park Lane Hong Kong, A Pullman hotel.

Ip’s wine journey started from a wine event held at a coffee shop which she was working at.

The young and passionate lady then completed Level I, II, and III of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) in 2018. 

The following year, Ip completed the International Sakeshi from Certified International Kiki Sakeshi and Introductory Sommelier level of the Court of Master Sommelier. 

Ip has never stopped learning. Next month June 2022, she is taking the Certified Sommelier examination.

Located on the 27th floor of the Park Lane Hong Kong, SKYE is a restaurant and rooftop bar awarded the Wine Spectator’s “Best of Award of Excellence” in 2021
