New Wine List at Collin’s

    Collin Ho is Founder of COLLIN’S and CEO of SF Group Ltd. The eponymous restaurant chain began as a one-man hawker stall in a coffee shop in 2012. Today, the SF Group Ltd is a multi-million dollar enterprise with restaurants and other F&B concepts throughout Singapore and in Indonesia, Cambodia and Chong Qing

I am very happy to inform that COLLIN’S – the chain of restaurants featuring affordable Western cuisine throughout Singapore – launched a new wine list and menu last Saturday 1 May 2021.

I am just as delighted to inform I had helped compile the wine list and that it is available in all 12 restaurants.

The middle of this month, their parent SF Group Ltd will launch their first Chinese restaurant named CLAN 7 at NTP+ in Lorong Chuan (the MRT station of the same name is just in front of NTP+).

CLAN 7 will have all the wines at COLLIN’S, and more.

The Bordeaux reds include – on the wine list – the recommended decanting time as advised by the chateaux.

I am proud to also inform I was responsible for selecting the huangjiu, baijiu, sake, Cognac and whisky for CLAN 7.

Renowned already for making Western cuisine – including premium steaks from Australia and Argentina – very affordable, the wine list continues that wonderful philosophy.

Prices range from $39 to $139 for a bottle of Champagne Chapuy Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Brut.
