This Monday 17 May 2021, the SF Group will launch CLAN 7, their first Chinese restaurant at New Tech Park (the Lorong Chuan MRT Station is just across the road).
I am very proud to inform I had helped compile the wine list for both COLLIN’S and CLAN 7.
“TEMPURA SQUID TENTACLES” is a bounty of intensely flavoursome squid. They remind of the best I have tasted in coastal Italy, Spain, and Greece. All for S$10++.
The generous serving is an outstanding pairing with House Pour Levorato Sauvignon Blanc 2019. Perfume of green guavas and passion fruit. Fresh, lifted and vivacious. The Italian white checks in at S$9 ++ a glass (150 ml) or S$39 per bottle.
