Our next Chef’s Table Fundraiser Dinner for Chef HO Jia Yi will be at PATH in the Marina Bay Financial Centre.
The menu on July 24th has been especially created by Proprietor Founder Chef Marvas Ng who will also helm the kitchen on the night. Ng is Secretary General of Disciples of Escoffier International Singapore Delegation.
Joining dinner to thank her supporters will be Ho Jia Yi herself.
This 15 November 2024 in Rungis, France, she will be competing at the annual World Championship of JEUNES TALENTS ESCOFFIER representing Asia-Pacific and Singapore.
The July 24th Multi-Course Dinner with 5 sharing dishes – including GG French Chicken, New Zealand Lumina Lamb Rack, and Australian Wagyu Croquettes – will be paired with 6 wines. The four reds have been specially flown in by Chateau Pichon Comtesse.
Grand Siecle is the prestige cuvée of Champagne Laurent-Perrier. First launched in 1959 by the late, legendary Bernard de Nonancourt, it is always a blend of three years chosen for their complementarity.
Chardonnay comprises the majority supported by Pinot Noir. Both noble varieties come from a maximum 11 Grand Crus out of the 319 crus in Champagne.
Grand Siecle is aged for 10 years on lees and Iteration 26 comprises 2012 (65%), 2008 (25%), and 2007 (10%).
