CH’NG Poh Tiong
General Manager Charles Treutenaere and Bordeaux specialist CH’NG Poh Tiong* will be conducting a Domaine de Long Dai Masterclass (precise date to be announced in September) at this year’s Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair. The duo will speak about the Shandong property of Domaines Barons de Rothschild, proprietor of wine estates in Corbieres, Chile, Argentina, Pomerol, Sauternes, and Pauillac First Growth Chateau Lafite Rothschild. Planted in 2011, Domaine de Long is located in the Qiu Shan Valley in Penglai. The 30 hectares of vineyard are spread over 360 terraces. This masterclass will include a tasting of Domaine de Long Dai 2017 & 2018.
