The dinner is Monday 21 January 2019 at Hong Kong’s most famous restaurant, Fook Lam Moon. This year marks the 70th Anniversary of its founding.
Every diner will receive a complimentary copy of the magazine, worth HK$250. Published in Simplified Chinese, the Traditional Chinese and English versions are e-magazines. And will be launched on our new website www.100chineserestaurants.com on 4 February 2019, the eve of Chinese
New Year.
During dinner, you will also get to meet Jean-Philppe Delmas, the third generation of his family to be Cellarmaster or Winemaker at Chateau Haut-Brion and the wines of Domaine Clarence Dillon.
Diners will also get to enjoy Champagne Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée from magnum and The Macallan Rare Cask.
